Descend into me

Protect me when darkness comes
Your seed of Life is given to me
As a man of flesh and flowing blood
Only Your Light will surround me
My life
As the fulfillment
Of Thy Life-giving.
Whatever may yet come
You are always there
To protect Your children
In Your everlasting Light.
I ask You to watch over us humans.
My heart is only set on You.
